Conference participants may pay the registration fee at the time of the Conference starting.

The visitors of the conference can submit the attendance fee during the registration.

Conference proceedings and CD can be obtained for additional payment.

Grants

Some students and postgraduates (the authors) will be provided with grants. Grants will cover the expenses on registration fee, one-way railway ticket price (to Nizhny Novgorod), hotel price. The authors of plenary reports and educational courses can be given grants as well. The grant cost will be defined individually and will not exceed 3000 roubles. Those who wish to take part in a grant competition should send their grant application by July 12, 2002.
